The time varies and depends on the type of your order and when you placed your order. Usually bank statements, payslips and utility bills are created the next day. For other documents like p60, p45 and SA302, it takes a little longer due to complexity of the figures and calculations.

If you state you are using them for any other use, then we will not be able to proceed with the order. The documents must not be used for any other purpose.

That would depend on the document. We cannot create those documents which require special paper or have special elements attached to them. We can create almost all other types of documents listed on our website. However, you can email us the details of your ‘special’ document and we will let you know after checking.

Yes if you have forgotten to send us certain information we can add it at a later stage. Part of the process includes free modifications within reason.

We will first send you a digital version for you approval. This will either be in JPG or PDF format. Once you approve it, you will receive a paper or printed copy sent to you in the post. The paper copy is optional.

This will depend on when the digital copy is approved by you. We usually post things one day after approval. For example if you were to approve of the digital copy on Monday then we would post it on Tuesday. The paper copy will reach you within 2 to 3 working days depending on your location.

We ship to local locations via Royal Mail First Class Stamp. The shipping costs are already included in your order. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International.

We accept bank transfers paid into our bank account. However, if you are paying internationally you can use a service called TransferWise which offers extremely low costs.

If for instance, the item does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, we will resend it free of charge.

Yes you can print the documents yourself. It is recommended that you buy some high quality paper and adjust your printer quality settings. Printing from home will allow you to receive the paper/printed copy much faster.

Yes we give discount to our regular clients. If you place more than two orders for additional sets, we may be able to offer you those documents at a lower cost.
